Wave Payroll integrates with their free accounting, invoicing and receipt scanning software and will allow you to provide employee access and direct deposit, automate your tax remittances and journal entries, and pay both employees and contractors. Wave Payroll will also help you switch from another provider.
If you live in a tax-service state, (California, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Washington) Wave will automate your payroll and file your paperwork for a $35 monthly base fee, plus $4 per employee and contractor paid.
If you live in any of the other 42 states, Wave will simplify paying your own payroll taxes by providing you with the information you need to know to correctly pay and file the paperwork in your state. Wave’s base monthly fee is $20, plus $4 per employee and contractor paid.

Credit Card - Customers can pay from any major credit card and you will receive the payment in 2 business days. Wave’s fee is 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction.
Bank Payments - Customers can pay directly from their bank account and you will receive the payment in 2-7 business days. Wave’s fee is 1% with a minimum fee of $1 per transaction.
