- Paychex builds each plan for the specific needs of the client and negotiates pricing accordingly. They begin with one of four standard HR service packages tailored to the size of your business.
- This plan provides direct deposit and pay card service, tax administration service, and 24/7 support. It also includes new hire reports, a free mobile app, and Paychex's employee financial wellness program.
- Paychex assigns a dedicated HR specialist to your account, and they adds more ways to pay employees and a labor compliance poster kit. Select also includes Paychex's Learning Management System.
- This plan includes everything in the Select plan plus SUI Service, Flex Onboarding Essentials, and Analytics and Reporting. It also includes Paychex's General Ledger Service, compensation reports, unemployment insurance, garnishment payment, and employee screening services.
